We custom screen print each job from concept to design. We offer plastisol, discharge and based out screen printing on a variety of apparel and brands. Once you have decided on what you want to print, we can get the order rolling for you. We love meeting our customers and talking through a project. Pricing is based on quantity, number of colors in design, and the number of placements on the products we are producing for you. Normal turn around is 2 weeks after we have received final numbers and design has been approved.

What is the minimum number of garments I can order?

There is a 12 piece minimum order per design.

What is the maximum number of colors capable of being printed?

We currently have an automatic press and a manual press both capable of printing up to 5 colors. However, by using different print methods we can use the same number of screens and blend colors through gradients to increase the color count in your design.

How can I make sure my Artwork is print ready?

Print ready artwork means the files are ready to be turned into screens for printing. Vector artwork works best for this (.ai, .eps, or .pdf). If the design in a photo the minimum size required is 300dpi or higher. DPI is the dots per square inch. You can send your files to on3@on3printdesign.com if you are uncertain about the file.
